[MakeLV] Organizational Meeting on the 16th

I changed the subject on this chain, so it is more descriptive.

I too can meet on the 16th. I saw someone say before 5pm would be best. I
personally can only make it after 5:30 (I don't need to be there though if
before 5 is better for everyone else). When are you free?

Do we want to meet in person? If so, where at?
