Yes that is the correct address. Park in the fenced lot, you can see the parking lot on google maps satellite view. The door to the building has a walkway up to it. 

The building is an old mac trucks plant I believe. It is has a slanted roof.

I was eventually able to get through the problem link, and did get 
directions to a facility, and eventually was able to extract an 
address.  Is this correct?

On Google maps it seems to be directly across the street from a cemetary.
