i would reccomend a S or C corp. S would allow us to accept donations, C would allow us to make a profit. both have the extra protection from our individual liability. i'd also like to start a equipment wishlist... anychance we can add a wiki to makelehighvalley? i find them pretty damn usefull for this kind of collaboration.
