Tyler, thanks for setting up the wiki. I've registered and done some cleanup
& formatting.

What is the plan for moving forward towards a more formal organization?
Is AEDC taking the lead, or do a group of us need to step forward? How &
when?
(I had to leave before the end of last Tuesday's meeting, so maybe I missed
this.)
