[MakeLV] Pinhole workshop stuff

A couple updates for the workshop:

I set up a quick signup page on Google sites, but it turns out it's
not going to play nice with PayPal for registration. Does anybody have
someplace else reasonable that I can host this?

It's not much to look at right now, I'll add some pictures this afternoon.

I'm picking up some more supplies this afternoon. Does anyone know a
good local source for brass shim stock? I'd rather not mail order if I
don't have to.

Last, I didn't plan on collecting sales tax for the registration.
That's not a problem, right? At work, we don't collect sales tax on
our photo classes because educational programs are tax exempt. That
should be ok, right? It's my PayPal account, I just want to avoid
getting audited.
