Ok, so my initial list of stuff to take care of is:
Set up the darkroom area:
Depending on what space we're using, we might be able to make things
more convenient by hanging up a black sheet to block light as people
come in & out the door. If we can't do that, we'll just have to be
careful about traffic in and out.
I'll bring a safelight, in one of those metal clip-on lamps. We'll
just need a spot to hang it.
* wet area: table for developing trays. We should probably lay down a
plastic drop cloth here.
* dry area: I was planning on 2 stations for printing, but maybe we
can get away with 1. This just needs to be a flat work surface where
we can mount a little clip-on light for printing. If we do 2 stations,
that means we need some kind of partition between them. It just has to
keep light from spilling over, so a large sheet of cardboard is fine.
I know there's slop sinks available, we'll have to designate one of
those for print washing too.
Is there a wall clock with a sweep second hand available? If not, does
anyone have one we could borrow (with numbers big enough to see in the
dark)?

Set up the print drying area:
* We have two options here: I can dig out my old drying racks, which
might be too small, or we can just find a good spot to hang a
clothesline and I'll pick up some clothespins. Clothesline is probably
the better option.
I know we've talked about moving in some lockers for storage. This
might be a good time to get some of those in there too.
Is there a way I can get in there for a while on Saturday? We might
get things set up on Thursday night, but I'd like to actually test out
the darkroom and make sure everything's working properly in advance.
So far, I have 8 people confirmed to attend. At what point do you
think we should worry about cutting off registration? 15? Maybe 20 -
25 if I can convince one of you to be an assistant?
