[MakeLV] Tools and such

There has certainly been talk of making circuit boards and some folks
who have done it have been around. We don't have tools specifically
for that purpose. We do have a soldering iron though. As far as micro
controller tools I don't believe we have anything of that type yet
either. At the next meeting we'll be getting together some much needed
governance stuff so we can start identifying goals for the group such
as what type of tools are most in demand and how to fund them. There
are lots of ideas flying around on both, but we need some organization
to figure out how to funnel funds. Donations of equipment at this
point are wide open. There are a couple computers kicking around.
Others may just need an old hard drive tossed in them to support
various software tasks. Some opportunities to build stuff are
certainly available for storage type solutions or finishing up the
projector build, etc.
In other words, we (the club) are just starting to get a grasp on a
lot of these questions. We don't have a proper inventory system or
anything like that.
