[MakeLV] Tools and such

I'm working on trying to score a 60 MHz oscilloscope for a steal, my  
basement is full so... worse comes to worse I'll need to store it  
someplace.... As far as micro-controller stuff goes I'll be looking  
into the getting both a programmer for Atmel's and PIC's for myself.  
I'm sure I can purchase an extra one of each for the space if anyone  
is interested. For some of the equipment needed for making circuit  
boards, I'll look if I have a spare kit lying around here some where.  
I haven't made my own boards in years but I'm seeing a need with these  
guitars I need to mod.
