[MakeLV] Tools and such

Ooohhh, I've wanted to play with an oscilloscope. That'd be awesome!
One of these days I imagine Atmel programming would be something I'd
want to learn more about also. At this point I don't know why I'd do
that over an Arduino, but I hear there are good reasons.
