[MakeLV] Prusa Mendel v. MakerBot

Yeah with the kind of explosion of low end printers lately, I often think of
it as the difference between Linux/Mac/Windows.  The different RepRap
variations are quickly becoming like Linux distros.  The MakerBot is like a
Mac.  Things like the UP! or RapMan are like Windows.  And the big
commercial printers that cost a fortune are like IBM mainframes.  :)
