[MakeLV] Classes & Workshops

They don't cover surface mount soldering at all. And as far as  
soldering goes the order of components you solder go from what ever is  
lowest on the board to the highest. If anyone has any questions  
concerning soldering or questions of PCB construction/electrical  
manufacturing I'll be happy to answer them :).
