[MakeLV] Tool Priorities

We've talked about what tools are priority in the past. I think it was
pretty clear that a laser cutter was first in line for the "must have" tools
in the makerspace. I'd like to get a bit deeper into that as the board
starts figuring out how to make these things happen. Could you pop on over
to vote and/or add submissions to this for what tools we need? It'll be a
great help in the future.
