[MakeLV] Workshop idea

Got an idea for a cheap and easy workshop, if someone wants to do it.

Currently Tractor Supply (http://www.tractorsupply.com/) is running a 6 pack
of solar lights on clearance (at their brick and mortar stores only) for $5,
down from like $20. I bought a bunch and switched them out to red led's for
my Astronomy Observatory.
