[MakeLV] CNC/Laser cutting offer

PNG or DXF (I think!) for the laser cutter. It will do a vector or raster
cut. If the image is something else, I need to convert it.
CNC machine has a lot more options.
1) You generate the GCODE for a 3axis machine in MM (Metric!)
2) Create a file with the tool paths you want in Vectric VCarve Pro (Demo)
and I'll generate the GCode with our full version for a Mach3 driven
Machine.
3) Generate a JPEG/PNG/ or Bitmap without transparency and explain what you
want cut out. I'll generate the toolpaths based on your description and
send you some sample screenshots generated by VCarve.before I attempt to
cut it.
I have a 3D Cam program available called Vectric Cut3D but we haven't done
anything with it yet, so I'd prefer to steer clear of 3D stuff for now
until we play with it.
We could definitely run lettering or a logo for you on the CNC machine. If
you want it to be large, break it up into parts that I can cut and you can
re-assemble. You would just need to sand and finish it then.
How is the projector project going? Any progress on it?
