[MakeLV] CNC/Laser cutting offer

We have a couple 3D printers. Dave Smith has a Thing-O-Matic and another
guy offered another higher-end printer service. His email came out to the
list so it'd be in the archives. That does look like a nice little thing to
get printed and local may be the best bet for pre-Christmas.
