[MakeLV] Liability Insurance

As I understand it, the next step we really must take is to get
liability insurance for the "club". This is a pre-req for a lease on
the space allowing us more consistent time in the space.

There has been a discussion at School Factory about insurance for
hacker spaces, but not much info that is very useful at this point.

I talked briefly to State Farm awhile back and they sounded like they
could provide what we'd be interested in, but I didn't narrow down on
it.
