[MakeLV] Is Hive13 created under the same program?

I was reading an article on Make:blog and Hive13 was highlighted for some of their projects.  Of 
course the name triggered an immediate curiosity and when I read their web page it almost seemed as 
though they were being support under the same program(s) as we are.  

If you click on the address of Hive13 you can get a street view of their building.  Looks a lot like 
our situation with 3500 sq.ft. of space in an industrial building. 

So, are we/they hackers-in-arms?
