[MakeLV] Workspace floor plans now up on website.

It looks like two of the benches DEFINITELY belong to us. The elements  
of the drawing would be purchased by Da Vinci under the terms of the  
grant, if it is approved. Anything that we make would be added to the  
space or allow Da Vinci to purchase other equipment with the $ saved  
by not having to purchase benches. Dave will correct me if I am wrong  
about that.
