[MakeLV] MakeLV on Hackerspaces.org

I'm going to guess that map is not updated in real time, but maybe by
a daily cron job or something. I used the form which included looking
up the coordinates. I didn't see that Hive_4a was also on their, but I
think it is okay for us to have both listed.
