[MakeLV] Work area build out on 3/17

I will bring a circular saw and a jig saw, plus some hand tools.

I am trying to pry some pallets from our facilities manager to  
repurpose as a workbench; we will see if he gives up the goods. http://www.ehow.com/how_5047271_build-workbench-pallet.html

I am also working on him to bring the lockers that we have up to the  
space.
