[MakeLV] Our Constitution, My Review

I messed around with the Constitution. I added founder names of anyone I
could remember who'd shown up for more than one business meeting as I figure
those were at least the ones that should be added. Check to make sure I
didn't miss you! Add yourself if you'd like to be on the document.

want to chat on that, ask Tyler for an account. He has no problem handing
them out. It's just the spammers abuse it if it isn't locked down a bit.

My points for discussion were these (see details on the discussion tab
linked above):

   - Can we have an absentee ballot option?
   - Who should control the fees and should the amount be left out of the
   document to permit changes as needed? (i.e. should this be able to be
   changed outside the restriction to changes of the Constitution?)
   - What constitutes a "meeting" that permits voting down a board action?
   - What officers do we need?
   - Do we need to incorporate as a club?

Thanks go to Tyler for putting all the work into this. It appears to be
covering a lot.
