[MakeLV] Our Constitution, My Review

I've made some of the changes Josiah suggested and left comments on the talk
page for others.
I'm don't think we need to incorporate anymore since we are founding as a
club. I could be wrong. Matthew, do you have any thoughts on this?
The absentee ballot system is a good idea. Any proposals on how this would
work? We'd then need to provide a full listing of issues to be voted on x
days in advance of a meeting is my guess or require the issues to be voted
on be decided at a previous meeting? Does this tie our hands? For accepting
votes, would we do this by paper, mailing list (then it's not private), or
just by direct email to the scribe?
