[MakeLV] Get money from the Navy to start a Hackerspace!

Putting another 12 hour day into today and won't make it to the space. I'll
read through the grant and list some bullet points hopefully Friday. Good
news, my parts from Sparkfun finally came in so... whoever wants to play
with xbee's I'll be game after this week.
