[MakeLV] Getting Organized for Classes

I've setup a wiki page to codify basic class requirements. The idea is that
we'd copy this page to another wiki page when setting up a class. Please
check it out and fill in anything else you think should be one it:

We've had a lot of interest in running an intro to soldering class,
probably in January. Watch for info on that. We'll probably be picking a
date some time soon so consider this your chance to throw out dates that do
or don't work for you. We may also be looking to borrow some soldering
irons depending on how it all works out.

Other classes that have been talked about and would have people willing to
instruct include "Schematics and Basic Components", "Guitar Effects Pedal
Workshops", "Environmental Threats: Sick House Syndrome", "Microcontroller
Programming". Are there others that people have offered to do that I'm
forgetting? At the last Saturday event, we talked about organizing these in
a way that would build on each other.
