[MakeLV] Science Festival plans: Looking Good...

Jonas, could you put together a basic Hive 4A logo with the name Make
Lehigh Valley and our website on it to go on the cards and get a bunch
printed off? I'm not sure how many people to expect, but any overage would
be handy in other occasions.
I'll let Jim weigh in on the need for marble. If you could bring a piece
tonight, I'm sure he wouldn't mind seeing it. Also, if you could bring that
Arduino, I'll put that show tunes project back together using it.
Scott, could you help me with amplifying the tunes through a metal shelf
like you did last Saturday Hack? It outputs through a piezo so could we do
that pretty easily or do we need to rig up some amplification first? I
don't recall how that was working. I imagine propping up the shelf under
the table.
I have a square reader that I'm thinking would be ideal for taking credit
cards, but we don't have that plugged into a MakeLV account at the moment.
If we have a working computer, we can take them through our WePay account
directly to MakeLV, but I'm not sure how comfortable people will be with
entering their CC data onto a computer. I can even setup a store in WePay
that would have the pricing all set up and ready to go. What would it look
like if we used tagdaplanet.com for that?
If Ellis has a demo of those solar jars, that would be a great exhibit.
Maybe we can show it in various stages of assembly and methods of frosting?
It would be good to get a gauge of interest for the potential of MayFair.
(We're making contact on that now.)
Maybe we could use all those old CDs we have around as media to paint signs
on. It would be a novel and creative sort of way to accomplish signage for
some of the smaller exhibits. It would beat 3x5 cards anyway.
