[MakeLV] Science Fair preparations

I think AEDC would prefer that we highlight Hive 4A over AEDC. I think
expressing that appreciation is a good idea. :-)

Tony will be likely using most of the back corner for scanning. In fact, we
need to get an office chair for people to sit and spin in so he can scan
them. He said 8' will be plenty for his needs table space wise. I got the
impression that there may even be a little room to spread other things
into. (Tony, holler if I'm misrepresenting that.)

I haven't heard if Dave is planning on having his MakerBot in our booth or
elsewhere yet. He would probably be a good one to talk with concerning 3D
barcodes or maybe get the Hive 4A logo printed out a few times to show off.
I've seen that 2D to 3D sort of thing done with text, I don't know about
doing it easily with images. Perhaps nameplates could work. We'd want to
suggest a donation for the extruded plastic like we are the soldering to
recoup costs.

That reminds me, we need a donation jar or something like that which isn't
easy to reach into and take stuff out. Ellis, do you have any of that PVC
that we could make a tube out of into a funnel into a big jar? Might you
have an appropriate jar in your bottle collection that isn't worth an
significant money? Perhaps I'm showing my ignorance of the activity of
bottle collecting.
