Sorry, I talked with him behind the scenes on this. Ideal is a 2m square
which the area out front is, but I was thinking if the place gets
absolutely packed, we can revert to the other area which he said is cool if
the chair spins rather than the person.

I don't want to presume on other people's materials. If we're going to hand
stuff out, we just need to be sure whomever's plastic is being used is
comfortable with the arrangement.
