[MakeLV] 10 rocket rail gun launcher

RAPID acceleration.  We could of course build up the mass of the rockets so
they don't launch as fast, but that adds weight... plus...

A model rocket engine has a lower acceleration and over a MUCH longer time
providing continuous thrust until it burns out.

All the energy for rail gun launched rockets are given right at the start.

Still, I say it is worth a try.
