[MakeLV] Charter bus to NYC Make Fair 2012

Oh, sorry. The fee I mentioned was for the Maker Fair
tickets<http://makerfairenyc.eventbrite.com/>.
I've sent an email to them this morning but haven't heard back if the fee
is only online.

MakeLV hasn't chartered a bus... yet. But now I'm pretty sure we will.

I've spoken with Dave and he said that we could indeed use the Divinci
Center for parking and a launching spot for the bus. And he'll advertise
there which (especially with LV Tech) I think will help fill the bus.

I think we need to set ticket prices for the fair based on the Group
Discount. But, I still don't know if the fees are extra.

So, now *we need estimates for the bus* so we can set transportation
price. Off the cuff I'm guessing an estimate of $15 for under 18 and $25
for 18 and up *for the bus*. But, that is really just a vague guess.
Personally, I'm hoping for about ten dollars less, through five less would
be great.

Total cost will include the maker fair tickets and the bus.
