Huh, I hadn't even thought that might be fully booked... Do we need a
contact at Bieber?
I got a response from Amy of Maker Faire New York 2012 Customer Service.
"The service fee is for online purchases only."
But then she went on to say that the tickets "will soon be available at
various Whole Foods Markets in the area." So, maybe you have to purchase
them in advance? Still, they aren't even available yet, but at least we
know the fees are online only.
