[MakeLV] Makelehighvalley domains and renewals.

We can take cash our check through AEDC at the meeting. Matthew Tuerk is
the AEDC contact.

Anyone opposed to moving the domains to my hover account for maintenance
for now? I'm the one maintaining the site so it seems natural.
