[MakeLV] hackerspace passport

A small stamp from staples is like $20-$25 (though that was just 3 lines of
text).  I don't imagine the image would be much more since it will not be
much larger.  It should only take a half hour or so, but sometimes there is
a backorder of work for them to get done and may have to pick it up the
next day.

We have a .SVG of the Hive4A logo.  Paired with the word Hive4A should do
the trick.

Because we mostly want the image, you may have to go into the store and
negotiate what they can do.   I think it would be best to be able to just
give them a PNG or something the size of one of their available stamps.
Make it easy for them!  (They tend to screw things up even when I'm
standing right there and they could just ask if they had a question.  Like
PDFs... make sure they do NOT do fit to print area.)
