[MakeLV] hackerspace passport

Fail!  The print is so bad, I aborted midstream - I upgraded my firmware
and am now getting really blobby extrusion, but even without that, I think
I made the design much too narrow.

Dave, stuck on the steep part of the learning curve, again!
