[MakeLV] Coin Well

Just in the nature of unsolicited random thoughts, I haven't seen one of these 
coin wells, but, in view of the cost, and the name of this organization 
(makelehighvalley) maybe a project can be making a coin well?

(To the best of my recollection, I've never seen one, so I have no idea what 
is involved.)
