[MakeLV] Coin Well

I've tried to think of something better, but these things are just plain
memorizing and so darn simple. No manual reset or power required. No
mechanism to fail or get jammed. The best part is that the user "wins"
every time.
We could make our own, but they are curved just right, fairly large, and
very smooth. It certainly wouldn't be easy. If we had a CNC machine that
could cut a sheet plywood for us, it would be a different story.
