[MakeLV] specrometer

If you get the parts list we can easily make that spectrometer in the
hacker space. Right now I'm working on a general graphing interface and so
far it seems to be overly complicated and bloated for the scope of the
project. Once I get the basics is when I'll be asking for more help and
teaching some programming :-).
