[MakeLV] Fwd: Preliminary schedule for Hackers on a Train Workshop Tour 2012

I would like to bring a few 10-12 year old kids (3 or maybe more?) to the
"Hackers on a Train Workshop Tour".

Is it a go for July 5th?

When do we need to sign up for the event?

There is a substantial list of possible projects.
Can one select what they would like to build AT the event, or do they need
to select a project ahead of time?
Or must someone decide on a single common project for everybody to do at
the same time?
I think these may be very popular kits for kids (of all ages):
 - *"Hi My Name Is" badge*
* -  **Atari Punk Console*
* -  **Mignonette Game*
