[MakeLV] Make Leigh Valley Digest Subject: Fans

I've seen this before ..... I've also seen it done with a gravity feed .... But then you need a lot more water .... Like 55 gal drums .... 

It's just considering the size of the space it would be like cooling a swimming pool with an ice cube .... I like it but we need to think bigger :)
