Darrel, thanks for sharing what you're thinking. I think we want to
cater to anyone who wants to learn. I'm thinking of this event as a
potential "membership drive" sort of thing perhaps building more
interest to give a larger platform to serve kids more effectively.

I think we should at least invite him to bring other kits related to
the soldering courses for people to buy and take home if not solder on
the spot. I'd enjoy putting some together myself.

I don't see any reason we couldn't plan on a soldering up of those
kits in parrallel or after the soldering portion of the longer course.
I'd like to also encourage people to know about the Hacktory doing
exactly that on the 7th in Philly so if they want more guided
assistance it is attainable.

I need to confirm, but by looking at what we've been sent and the
price for the kit, I expect it is all the parts needed to complete the
tv-b-gone project.

If there really is a lot of interest in doing kits like that as an
event in the community, we can certainly do that when Mitch is
unavailable with the members we have. We've already done a simpler
version of that at the Science Festival and it is something we're
discussing enhancing and expanding. Your feedback is appreciated.
