[MakeLV] Proposed Budgets Due July 12th

These do NOT need to be realistic budgets, but try to make them
comprehensive.  For instance regarding the internet connection, you could
include several options (Static IP vs changing, Cable vs Fiber, etc.).
Also, they are just estimates, so don't worry about pricing something out,
but the same ballpark would be fine.  I'll try to contact some other
makerspaces and see if I can get them to cough up copies of their budgets.
Don't worry about format.  Monthly or yearly costs would be fine.

Executive budget:  Insurance, Election BBQ, maybe a few MLV sponsored
memberships, Fundraising starter costs (like the cost of a 3D printer if we
raffle one off), etc.
How much were the booths for the Science Fair?

Tom,
Quartermaster Budget: Tools, Equipment, Auction / Yard sale, Safety
Equipment, General Supplies, etc.

Josh,
IT Administrator budget: Our own internet connection, New computers, Yearly
domain name fee, External website hosting, etc.

Matthew,
While not part of our actual budget, it would be good to keep track of what
is donated to us including rent and utilities.  Is anyone else renting a
similar space in the building?  Is power in the building individually
metered for the individual tenant rooms (i.e. Is there a way to track our
power usage & costs)?


*Did anyone happen to save a copy of the Exhibitor's guide for the science
fair?*

I sent this to everyone so if you have a suggestion for something to
include in the budget, please let us know.
