[MakeLV] Proposed Budgets Due July 12th

If anyone has suggestions on what the Executive budget should include,
please send them my way.

Josh, if you agree, I'll take external website & domain name. I think of
that more as marketing expenses than IT expenses so it could be part of the
strategy associated with marketing the group.
