yea I know the whole incorporation process is a few bucks ...
especially for non-profit .... I was just thinking of the recurring
expenses ...
Side note .. the Penn-Jersey ARC was DORMANT for a few years and
nobody was paying the corporate fees .... fortunately in NJ as long as
pay your past due fees with a modest penalty they reinstate your
incorporation as if it had never lapsed .... it was several hundred
dollars to make it right .... but less than re-incorporating and we
get to maintain the heritage of the organization ....
