I agree if the price is right I wouldn't hesitate to buy it.
You think you don't need a tablesaw until you have a table saw.
Also if they have clamps I'd recommend picking a few up.

Ehhhhhh don't discount the table saw ..... if the price is right might be a good find ... though it's likely to be several $100s ... table saw is one of my "go to" tools .... In my shop if I had to list priority ...

1 -drill press
2- miter saw
3- table saw
4- band saw
10- router table ..... yes there's a gap ... I use it so infrequently but when I need it I'm glad I have it.

My table saw is a small one .... great for ripping boards etc but becomes a challenge when you're working with large panels .... I'd like a bigger one but I just don't have the room ....

Yeah, I think you are both right. We probably would be better off investing in a more cheap and smaller table saw to begin with. :-)

The flammables cabinet could be very useful. So could the table saw, but that's likely to be $$$ and we probably don't really need a cabinet-maker's grade of saw.

I expect to be there (I live next door), and I may be able to pick up some tools to donate to the space. Is there anything in particular that the group is looking for? This is a cabinet shop, so most of the tools will be for woodworking.

Directions to Trumbauersville from the Lehigh Valley: Take either 309 S or the Turnpike. Turn onto Rt. 663, John Fries Highway. Turn left (east) from the Turnpike, or turn right (west) from 309. Look for Allentown Road (there is a light), and head south on Allentown Road. Go through Milford Square (one stop sign), and continue about 2 miles to the next stop. This is an odd intersection, and you have to kind of zig-zag through it. Continue south to Broad Street (third stop). The Trum Tavern is on the left. Turn right on Broad, and you are at the auction. If you can't find a parking space, you can part at the Trum, but I didn't tell you that. (Important Note: Some GPS systems, MapQuest, and others get confused about Trumbauersville, and you may end up in Quakertown. If you find yourself next to the Red Lion Inn, don't say you weren't warned.)

Directions from the South: Take 309 N to Trumbauersville Road, and turn left. Continue to the middle of Trumbauersville. Or take Allentown Road north.
