[MakeLV] Transfuser Update (with Video!)

Will,

We already have a bottle of etchant and this instructable shows a way to
make more that seems pretty cheap.

This doesn't create ferric chloricde so you can't mix it with what we
already have. I have heard that a few changes to that instructable, notably
using steel wool instead of a copper wire to charge the solution can create
ferric chloride, but I would need to look into that further.
