[MakeLV] hours

Matt Tuerk at AEDC started Hive 4A, comprising the coworking space and the
hackerspace in the Bridgeworks building.  I'm not sure if Matt also staked
out Make: Lehigh Valley on hackerspaces.org, but I think so.  Matt and I
met ~3 years ago and worked together to produce a proposal to the National
Science Foundation for equipment and full-time staffing (not successful).
Shortly after that proposal went in, a small group of folks began meeting
regularly, first as planning meetings, and then to actually build stuff as
well as plan it ;-)  We've slowly grown and become more formalized since
then.

There's a lot of good information on hackerspaces.org, including a bunch of
documents, advice, etc. related to starting hackerspaces.
