Many of you know and appreciate Matthew's contribution, and for that matter
central position, in making the hackerspace available to us. In many ways
it has been a very innovative collaboration between an Economic Development
group and a group of hackers. That I think many other groups would envy if
we managed to market the idea. He has also been a great champion and
encouragement for building us up as a community, providing resources and
making sure our needs were met.

He's moving to a position at LVEDC and so won't be working with us at AEDC
as directly anymore. There is a chance to say thanks below. I wanted to
make sure none of you missed out on the opportunity.

Going Away Happy Hour for Matt
As you may or may not know, Matt Tuerk will be leaving AEDC in early
February to take a position at Lehigh Valley Economic Development
Corporation. Please join us at Allentown BrewWorks on Friday, February 1st
as we thank him for his hard work at AEDC and wish him well as he continues
his career at LVEDC.

I am positive that I will miss people that would like to see Matt off.
Please consider this an open invitation - feel free to pass the word along!
