I have attached a fraternity's public materials. Fraternities are non-profit associations. Our member structure compared to theirs will be different in how we handle active members, fees, voting and member organization.</div><div><br></div><div>The materials presented is only an example of how things are done in other organizations. We will have to prune this material to how we see fit.</div><div><br></div><div>Also I have gone on Legalzoom and they do non-profit organizations. I would recommend calling them to find out more, but they can't provide legal advice. I was unable to find out if a non-profit 501c3 can be listed as an LLC. Someone will have to consult a lawyer or business account.
