There is no user friendly way to automate multiple prints on the ABP. What you have to do is load an stl, generate the gcode, then go to the gcode tab and select all, then copy and paste multiple times. It was great for printing the 30 parts for the stick puzzle! <a href="http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6689">http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6689</a> The problem at the moment with the ABP is it doesn't handle tall prints too well. Tall prints tend to get knocked off as the belt pulls up slightly when the nozzle collides with the part during printing. Some people are having good success with custom made titanium belts though.<br>

I've been having great success with my ABP and have not had the issues others describe. The print head height is critical, as is a level bed, but both are pretty straightforward to adjust. The newest RepG version seems to have automated the Z height adjust and the directions for Z adjusting on the wiki do not match the current format of the gcode file for beginning a build and putting the measured value in does not work. I undid my edits and left the gcode as it was after the calibration and it has worked perfectly. My ABP came with a single piece belt, rather than the earlier tape-together belt and I think that is a big help. Also, I let the belt cool and the piece discharge as intended. I've got about 30 hours in including spending all day Thursday printing and have no problems with warping or puckering.<br>
<br>Printing with a raft is a slam dunk on the ABP, raftless is a little trickier, but so far I am having generally good results. It does appear however, that the queuing feature is not yet implemented. I sure as heck can't find it. So it does eject your part automatically (once you pick the ABP profile in SkeinForge and not HBP, lol), but you still have to go manually load up the next part. Unless you have it on your desk where you work, I'm not sure queuing is such a bonus anyway - I still want to watch the first couple of layers print to be sure it's going ok, before I walk away. <br>
<br>What I have noticed is that my TOM is quite, um, ...musical. When printing, it warbles and trills like the techno sound track of a B-grade sci-fi movie, especially when printing curves. It's loud enough that I don't think I'll be printing anywhere but the basement. <br>

Awesome! How has the conveyor belt been working? I just replaced my X/Y carriage with a Mendel style low rider (<a href="http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4213" target="_blank">http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4213</a>). The prints are much cleaner now, but it still requires I sit with it for multiple part prints. I was considering the automated build platform to resolve this issue. I've read about many people having issues with the belt on it. What has been your experience? Any recommendations when building/tuning one?<div>
