Talk to Matt, we already have access I believe to a lathe and a vertical mill already. It's in it's own room and needs bits and some tooling but they're industrial size and just down the hall. So for tools, materials for cutting would be nice.... and test equipment for electronics. <div>

I actually just picked up one of those. It's a really nice tool and well made. Not so much precision but you can get it there with some work.<div><div><br></div><div>It was a mess to clean up when I got it home (covered in packing grease/wax). I picked up the tooling kit from <a href="http://littlemachineshop.com" target="_blank">littlemachineshop.com</a>. Had it up and running reliably in a weekend!</div>
<div><br></div><div>HF has it on sale right now and you can use their 20% off coupon to pick it up. Keep in mind that the measurement on the 7x10 is more like 7x8.. they use an odd measurement system.</div><div><br></div>

<div><br></div><div>A couple of time I've found myself with a round object .... ... PVC CAP ... that I've wanted to either put a centered hole or .... threaded rod where I've wanted to shave down one end and but a different threads on it .... like to adapt 5/8" to 1/4" </div>
