<html><body><span style="font-family:Verdana; color:#000000; font-size:10pt;"><div>Hi all,</div><div><br></div><div>I wanted to send an e-mail out to let everyone know that on Wednesday we'll be doing some re-arranging in the space as a beginning to a series of changes related to safety & organization. These changes will also include the implementation of several new rules, though the rules may be delayed based on board approval, etc.</div><div><br></div><div>For now, the Wednesday changes will include:</div><div><br></div><div>1. We'll be moving our "hangout tables" (for lack of a better word) into the enclosed "A/C" room, which will now be called the "Lounge" until we figure out a cooler name. We'll probably do some cursory re-arranging in there while we're at it, with many cool improvements to come. I imagine with all of our combined creativity this room will end up being pretty awesome.</div><div><br></div><div>2. The "library" shelf and beer fridges will also be moved to the Lounge. A future couch would also now be located in the lounge.</div><div><br></div><div>3. By and large everyone was abiding by this anyhow, but to make it official: Alcohol consumption will now be limited to the "Lounge" or co-working space, and will automatically forfeit your ability to use any power tools or high voltage - the threshold of which is yet to be determined, but for now we're saying anything over 48V.</div><div><br></div><div>I am maintaining my usual schedule this week, and will be opening Wednesday 2/6 6:30-10PM, Thursday 2/7 for the Open Hack 6:30-10PM, and Saturday 2/9 12PM-8PM.</div><div><br></div><div>J</div></span></body></html>
